We’ve had the funding for these new chairs agreed for some time now, made possible by Lincolnshire County Council, as part of DEFRAs Access For All programme and their commitment to making the King Charles III England Coast Path more accessible to people of all ages and abilities. 

With a base for them now on its way too, we can confirm that our service is now officially on its way to Sutton on Sea! 

Beach Ability is working closely with East Lindsey District Council as we work together on expanding the local accessibility offer for beach users next season. We have identified Sutton on Sea as a key location, and while further updates will follow as details are confirmed, we are looking forward to working together to bring the service to Sutton on Sea!

This process has been going on behind the scenes for some time now. However, we as a charity will never make announcements before we are assured that we are in a position to do so. This is unfair on both our users, donors and supporters. We are now able to announce this, at the very earliest opportunity we could.
