For all Beach Wheelchair Bookings

You can request a booking by completing the relevant form below.

Please note:

We can’t accept same-day bookings via this form.

We also can’t accept bookings submitted after 5:00pm the day before you'd like to book.
(We don’t contact our volunteers at short notice—it wouldn’t be fair to them.)

Walk-ins:
If volunteers are already on duty (for an existing booking), we’re happy to accept walk-in requests during those times.

Daily availability:

At Mablethorpe, the Snack Shack Cafe is open daily between 10am and 4pm and you can enquire about using a chair in person at the cafe. However, we do recommend booking ahead to avoid disappointment, as we cannot guarantee availibilty unless a chair is booked before 5pm the day before.
For Ingoldmells and Chapel St Leonards, we post each morning at 9:00am if there will be any volunteers on duty on our Facebook group (here)  If there are volunteers on duty that day, then you can just come along during these times. If there is no post on Facebook, then unfortunately, no volunteers are on duty that day, but remember you can request to book any day up to 5pm the evening before.
