For all Beach Wheelchair Bookings

Unfortunately, as a volunteer led chairty, we do not have a live booking telephone line. The best way to book with us is by using the secure booking request form below. We can then check for chair and volunteer availability for you. All requests are dealt with fairly in the order that they are received. Usually, all requests that are received before 5pm are replied to on the same day. 

Please note:

We cannot accept same-day bookings.

We also can’t accept bookings submitted after 5:00pm the day before you'd like to book.
(We don’t contact our volunteers at short notice—it wouldn’t be fair to them.)

Whilst we aim to deal with all requests we receive before 5pm on the same day, this is not always possible at very busy times, so it is advisable to book ahead wherever possible.

If we can accomodate your booking request, you will be asked to pay a £10 refundable booking deposit and upload your ID to a confirmation form within 48 hours. Provisional bookings cannot be held for longer than 48 hours without this information. Please make sure you read the full details of using our service here, before making a request to book.

Same day/walk-in service:
We are currently unable to offer a walk in service, or same day bookings at our Ingoldmells or Chapel Point Hubs. Chairs at these sites must be booked by 5pm the day before you'd like to visit. 

However, at Mablethorpe, the Snack Shack Cafe is open daily between 10am and 4pm and you can enquire about using a chair in person at the cafe. However, we do recommend booking ahead to avoid disappointment, as we cannot guarantee availability unless a chair is booked before 5pm the day before and this site is currently very busy.
